What is Tech House?

Technology House is a Program House at Brown University for students who share a common interest in science or technology. Living together, we collaborate on interesting technical projects, organize fun and creative public events, and pool our collective awesomeness. We are located in Harkness House on Patriot's court, which we share with Art House. We host various public events throughout the year, such as the legendary Javaspook party around Halloween. One of our alumni, Beca Erickson, is the writer and illustrator of a webcomic based on Tech House. It's really cool and gives a glimpse into the life of Tech House past. Also, it's eerie how little has changed over the years, even after almost none of the characters pictured are still in-house.

Where is Tech House?

Tech House is located in Harkness House on Patriot's Court, across from the Ratty (Google map). Enter Tech House through the rightmost door of the building. Most events are held in our lounge, which is the first door on the right after you enter the building.
