******, Neel, and I drove from San Francisco to Santa Barbara in one night, following the coastal highway the whole way down. The next day we drove to LA and found ourselves in Oscar frenzy. We then drove down to San Diego, and met up with Neel's sister, and Kenji, a friend from techhouse. Kenji, ******, and I attempted to go surfing, but the water was unnaturally frigid. ****** really wanted to go to Legoland so we went, and we both loved it. A couple days later, Dan and Merrie drove down and met up with us at the San Diego Wild Animal Preserve where we fed lorikeets and saw rhinoceri trying to mate.


Outside the Kodak Theater, where the Academy Awards are held. We were standing on the corner opposite the red carpet!
