So there's this crazy phrase that's supposed to be one of the lines from the letter the followers of Bratslav Hasidim received from their Rebbe (Rebbe Nachman) after he arrived in heaven. Saying it is supposed to bring Moshiach (the Messiah), so it's plastered everywhere in Jerusalem.The phrase itself does not have a literal translation.
