Joint project with Daniel Grollman and David Laidlaw, Brown University, and Benjamin Greenberg and Erin Einbinder, Butler Hospital.
In this project, we created a visualization tool for exploring electrode paramter settings for deep brain stimulation as applied to obsessive compulsive disorder. It was a class project for CS273, "Interdisciplinary Scientific Visualization," taught by David Laidlaw, in Fall 2003.
In the class, we first constructed project proposals in a mock grant proposal process. Below are the proposal I wrote, and the abstract for the poster we had at the SIGGRAPH '04 poster session.
